A bit about us:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Welder/Fabricator to supervise daily operations in our fabrication department. This role is hands-on, requiring strong welding and fabrication skills along with the ability to lead a team and keep production on schedule.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the fabrication team
Layout Jobs
MIG, TIG, and Stick Welding
Operate welders, press brakes, saws, and overhead cranes
Read and follow blueprints and work orders
Ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion of projects
Maintain equipment and track materials
Promote teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

5+ years of fabrication/manufacturing experience
2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong welding and fabrication skills
Ability to read prints and perform basic math
Good communication and leadership skills
