Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time remote position ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks, communication, and multitasking. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for executives.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.

  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

  • Assist with customer service inquiries and provide prompt responses.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

  • Maintain records, databases, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice tracking and expense management.

  • Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.

  • Provide general support to various departments as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Customer service experience is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana) is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible work schedule, but availability during Singapore Standard Time (SGT) business hours is preferred.
