 Technical proficiency in using Apple products and troubleshooting common issues.

 Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.

 Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure customer support coverage.
