Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Support to Individuals with ID/DD: Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Personal Care Support: Provide support with personal hygiene for both males and females, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Active Treatment and Community Inclusion: Engage individuals in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development, and facilitate their participation in community activities.
  • Daily Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual support and progress.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, following CRi's medication administration policies and procedures.

Flexible Work Schedules

We understand that our DSPs have different needs and preferences. That's why we offer a range of work schedules to suit various lifestyles:

  • Full-Time
  • Part-Time
  • On-Call
  • Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts available

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational requirement for this role.
  • Valid Driver's License and Acceptable Driving Record: Necessary for transportation and other job-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications for Relief/On-Call DSPs

  • At Least 1 Year of Experience Supporting Individuals with ID/DD: Previous experience in a similar role or setting is highly valued.
