About the Role
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Service Team, working in a fast-paced environment to monitor customer orders and ensure smooth delivery. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with Wayfair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize various technologies and tools to manage customer interactions, including CRM software and other customer service platforms.
