**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you will be the expert who creates meaningful connections and fosters a culture of appreciation, respect, and inclusivity. Your primary responsibilities will include:
### Key Responsibilities
* Responding to incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, labeling, and handling baggage
* Preparing tickets, determining fares, and routing to ensure travelers' needs are met
* Collaborating with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
* Moving forward and anticipating customer needs while maintaining high standards of accountability when resolving customer issues
* Working every day with a security mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest expectations
### Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese
* Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
* Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
* Ability to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, multi-day per week schedule, which may include late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the Organization's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
* Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
### Preferred Qualifications
* Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
* Four-year degree
