- Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
- Providing exceptional customer care by answering client inquiries in a fast-paced, organized customer service environment.
- Accurately recording and maintaining client information in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements related to sales and service practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales and service environment.
- Proven track record of building client relationships, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
