The Advertising Platforms Information Experiences team is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist to join the Product and Customer Insights Group. The team is passionate about developing the next generation of analytical solutions working with Sales, Advertising, Finance, Product, and Designing. In this role, you will serve as a critical member of a data-driven team to drive the investigation, analysis, development, deployment, and evaluation of analytical solutions that are critical to driving business growth. Responsibilities include turning vast amounts of data generated by user searches, app content, and App Store settings into business insights that improve the user experience for the end-user as well as drive discovery and efficiency for app developers.Key Responsibilities
- Experience in an analytics role – ideally in the digital advertising industry or product analysis with hands-on experience working with clickstream data or A/B testing.
- Ability to work seamlessly and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and continually evolving environment.
- Programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Ability to convey the results of analyses in a clear and actionable way with product and service teams to inform the overall strategy of the product.
- Ability to work closely with design partners to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements.
- Experience in complex quantitative analysis including regression, clustering, segmentation, and time-series analysis.
- Open to working with current data technologies. Knowledge of database modeling and data warehousing principles.
- Practical experience with conducting experiments on large datasets.
