As a Junior Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our People team and Senior Financial Analyst in managing global purchase order requisitions, invoice processing, and supplier onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Where You Can Make a Difference
- Global Purchase Order Requisitions: Assist the Senior Financial Analyst in creating, processing, and tracking purchase order requisitions worldwide, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Invoice Processing: Support the Senior Financial Analyst in reviewing and approving invoices for payment processing, collaborating closely with the Medidata Accounting team.
- Supplier Onboarding: Help with setting up new suppliers and onboarding them in Workday, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Historical Requisition Tracker: Maintain and update the People team Historical Requisition Tracker, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving needs.
