About the Role: Growth Strategist - Dental Product Management
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Strategist to join our Dental Product Management team. As a Growth Strategist - Dental, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive the successful launch and adoption of our Dental RTS products. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve and contribute to advancing health optimization on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases in both dental payer and provider markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer management teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM plans.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Define and communicate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to target audiences.
- Marketing Collateral and Campaigns: Create marketing collateral and assist with marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and industry influencers.
- Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, such as AI, and best practices to continuously improve GTM strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Go-to-Market or Product Management: 5+ years of experience in go-to-market or product management in the healthcare sector, or 3+ years in the dental sector.
- Go-to-Market Strategy Development: 5+ years of experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases in payer and/or provider markets.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team, directly or indirectly, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Marketing and Sales Principles: Solid understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and product management.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL and Data Querying: SQL and data querying experience.
- Excel Skills: Excel experience.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
