About This Opportunity

As a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimization by providing actionable insights and strategic guidance to senior management. You will be responsible for leading complex analytics projects, developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, and identifying opportunities to improve customer collections processes and operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management, developing and influencing analytical approaches to address complex business and technical needs.
  • Foster strong working relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and professionals across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert and providing strategic guidance to management.
  • Lead the development and resolution of complex and unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, innovation, and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide vision, direction, and guidance to senior management on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead critical initiatives, teams, and/or mentor and manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors.

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Statistics, or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, education, military experience, or training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAS.
  • Experience with SQL Server development using Management Studio, Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services.
  • Familiarity with multiple database systems, including Oracle, DB2, and Teradata.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on Consumer Lending, including Collections, Servicing, Small Business Lending, Credit Card, Retail Services, Personal Lending, and Deposit products.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to research, trend/analyze, synthesize, and perform complex analysis on large datasets, and summarize and recommend new approaches and solutions based on findings.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories tailored to diverse audiences using BI and other mediums, supported by robust analytics and data.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborating with other businesses and functional areas.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change or recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential.
