Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, using clear and concise language

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call center environment with inbound and outbound calling
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with accurate typing and data entry abilities
- Experience with Windows-based software and internet browsing
- A reliable and consistent work ethic, with a strong desire to help people
