Key Responsibilities
- Develop Customer Success Metrics: Create and execute account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Build Trust with Customer Accounts: Foster open and interactive communication to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
- Virtual Meetings: Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to present benefits programs and discuss client needs.
- Account Management: Monitor, identify, and mitigate account-level risks, identify up-sell opportunities, align product and customer roadmaps, and deliver customer renewals.
- Client Enrollment: Present different benefits programs to families, enroll new clients, and open new accounts.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and prioritize each customer in your portfolio, ensuring timely and effective service.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- US or Canadian Citizenship: You must be a US or Canadian citizen to be considered for this role.
