Job Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
* Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
* Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a positive experience
* Ensuring first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
* Must be 18 years of age or older
