As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Interacting with customers and support sales team as required
- Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
- Timely and accurate Accounts issued
- Dealing with day-to-day queries and action within SLA's
- Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
- Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Initiate and implement process improvement ideas
- Sharing knowledge and expertise
- Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR's Debt position
- Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
- Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZCR
