About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at Walmart, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.   • Conform to organization approaches, methods, and norms of morals and uprightness by carrying out related activity plans; utilizing the Entryway Strategy; and applying these in executing business cycles and practices.
  • Finish work tasks and needs by utilizing strategies, information, and assets; teaming up with supervisors, associates, clients, and other colleagues; distinguishing needs, cutoff times, and assumptions; completing errands; imparting progress and data; deciding and prescribing ways of tending to progress open doors; and adjusting to and gaining from change, troubles, and input.

Essential Qualifications
