• Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock
• Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as determined by policies/procedures
• Providing client assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print, and creative machine
• Taking on web pick obligations, including screening orders, picking items, and delivering orders to clients
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and deliberate store condition and appearance

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count money and operate a cash register
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
