Job Responsibilities
- Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or through hybrid delivery models, utilizing the Mathnasium Method™, its terminology, and teaching practices.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless delivery of instructional content and support to students.
- Assessing students9 learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Becoming proficient in digital educational materials and processes to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment that encourages student success and well-being.
Qualifications and Requirements

- A strong foundation in mathematics, with the capability to teach effectively through at least Pre-calculus, and preferably Calculus I.
- A minimum of a Bachelor9s degree in a related field such as Education, Mathematics, or a math-heavy discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a tutoring or teaching role, with a preference for experience in mentoring or training junior team members.
All applicants will be required to undergo a math literacy test to demonstrate their math proficiency, provide appropriate work authorization, and pass a background check as part of our hiring process.
