**Experienced Online Business Instructor - Part-Time Adjunct Faculty Position in Business, Social Sciences, and History**

About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Business Instructor to teach courses in the Division of Business, Social Sciences, and History. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching courses as assigned, including evening, weekend, online, and dual enrollment courses. You will also be expected to support the institution's mission and vision, abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies, and maintain currency in your teaching discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Management, and Marketing as assigned
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback
- Support students through office hours, email, and other communication channels
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
- Maintain accurate records and submit grades in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in one or any combination of the following fields: business, entrepreneurship, finance, management, marketing
- Previous online teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to teach evening, weekend, online, and dual enrollment courses as needed
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with online learning platforms and tools
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
- Experience with assessment and evaluation of student learning
