Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients. You will work independently, utilizing your problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, while also representing our clients' brands in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to resolve customer issues
  • Navigate multiple computer programs and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services, as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous experience with computer systems, software, and technology
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience with social media platforms and live chat software
  • Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
