Crew, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of contracts, including the delivery of safety services for driver assistance programs.About the Role
As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers who are experiencing issues with their driver assistance programs. This may involve resolving simple issues, such as mapping and navigation, or handling more complex situations, including emergency calls. Your primary goal will be to listen carefully to each caller's situation, evaluate their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to see each call to resolution.Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and Compensation
As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to schedule your own hours, allowing you to work when it's most convenient for you. Our client hours of operation are open 24x7, so you can choose from a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts. Our compensation package is competitive, with a contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute. You'll be guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes per available hour, with the potential to earn up to $16.80 per hour. Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and can expect to earn up to $18.60 per hour.Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Response Specialist, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:- Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening
- Multi-tasking to find answers while on with the customer
- Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations
- Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
- Contractors on the bilingual queues will need to be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish or English and French
Tech Requirements
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:- Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes, and while working
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone (Gaming headsets not accepted)
- Contractors must have a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work
