Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our remote team. As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a vital role in driving a culture of wellness, efficiency, and growth by identifying measurable patterns and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. Your expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation will help us make informed decisions, drive process enhancements, and achieve our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
 - Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
 - Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Initiatives to make business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities.
 - Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant areas of the analysis to ease partner understanding.
 - Help create and disseminate specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
 - Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team.
 - Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors.
 - Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
 - May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and investigate large amounts of data with precision and care.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and results to various audiences.
 - Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
 - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software, is a plus.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on liabilities and autonomous decision-making.
 - Previous internship, capstone project, or research experience in a related field is a plus.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in a related field, such as data analysis, business intelligence, or operations research.
 - Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques.
 - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar software.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
 - Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a team-based environment.
