Job Summary
As an Operations Manager at OTI, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution, and optimizing processes to scale our business effectively. You'll work closely with Florian, our founder, to manage our teams, navigate software tools, and achieve our monthly and quarterly goals. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, open to candidates from any European time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution and scalability
- Identify and solve operational challenges, improving processes and workflows
- Collaborate with Florian to manage teams, including freelancers, and drive business growth
- Navigate and optimize software tools, including technical communication with freelance developers
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring the team meets monthly and quarterly goals
- Drive revenue growth and explore opportunities for expansion
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need:
- 3-5 years of experience scaling a company, preferably in a direct-to-consumer Internet business
- Excellent execution skills, speed, and strong analytical abilities
- Strong knowledge of software tools and general tech knowledge, with experience in dealing with tech issues
- Experience in coordinating and communicating across departments, with a strong interest in company building
- Impeccable organization, with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive the company forward
- Excellent English language skills, with a willingness to constantly evolve your skills
- Interest in technical developments, such as AI, and its applications in improving our business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap, ClickFunnels, and digital marketing
- A master's degree or higher education
- Basic tennis knowledge
