Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Support, train, and motivate your salary and hourly employees to achieve exceptional results.
• Drive Large-Scale Projects: Lead projects with significant impact on site and region, driving business growth and improvement.
• Production Planning and Execution: Develop and execute production plans by analyzing forecasts, determining productivity, and collaborating with other leaders to balance the load.
• Customer Expectations Management: Manage customer expectations to ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right place.
• Safety, Quality, and Productivity: Collaborate with support teams to develop strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring a safe, high-quality, and productive work environment.
• Physical Demands: Lift up to 49 pounds and push, pull, squat, twist, and reach repeatedly, standing/walking for 12 hours during shift.
• Adaptability: Work in environments with changing sound levels, variable temperature, and weather conditions.
