Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates using various online platforms and social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Engage with candidates through personalized communication to promote job opportunities and build strong relationships.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications to match them with suitable roles, using a combination of technical and behavioral evaluation methods.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations, providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their unique requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from application to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment software to track and manage applicants effectively, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
