The Role

As a Part-time Sales Representative/Advocate, your primary goal will be to seek out small business owners, build relationships, and lead them to the point of a decision to work with Vervology. You'll be responsible for:

  • Prospecting: Finding small business owners who want to thrive online
  • Nurturing: Building relationships, engaging, and following up
  • Booking: Leading the prospect to the point of decision and booking a final sales call
  • Maintaining: Maintaining the relationship and expanding business with further business introductions

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Actively listen to small business owners' requirements and make statements specific to a benefit
  • Ask questions specific to a benefit to lead them to the point of a decision
  • Build and maintain relationships with small business owners
  • Adapt and learn quickly to drive success
  • Organize chaos and deal with complexity
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and decorum at all times

Earning Potential/Income

Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. Here are some examples of potential earnings:

  • Selling our eXpress ($100/mo) packages:
    • One new client per week: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$3,350/yr
    • Ten new clients per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$7,800/yr
    • Twenty new clients per month: 15% commission plus residuals = ~$23,400/yr
  • Selling our Foundation ($750/mo) packages:
    • One new client per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$5,850/yr
    • Four new clients per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$23,400/yr
    • Eight new clients per month: 15% commission plus residuals = ~$70,200/yr

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong desire to succeed and a proven track record of resilience
  • Experience dealing with humans and complex scenarios (e.g., teaching, nursing, running a chaotic household)
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and decorum at all times
  • US-based for tax purposes
