Job Summary

The Principal IT Analyst / Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, identifying solutions, and implementing technology-driven initiatives that drive business value. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, business systems analysis, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering requirements and testing in support of high-quality, secure software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel; intermediate relational database understanding; familiarity with SQL; experience creating technical design documents; and general database or data investigation skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, analytic, evaluation, and problem-solving skills; strong presentation and communication skills; highly collaborative; and proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology and industry trends.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with API requirements, mapping, and development; exposure to Design Thinking techniques; and mastery of QA methodology and problem-solving tools/techniques.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT, business analysis, or related field.
