Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the face of our company, delivering high-quality service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide product information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to customers
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
  • Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged
  • Self-starter with ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under high volume
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, or call center environments
  • Computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred
  • Experience with Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts
