About the Role
We're excited to announce an immediate hiring opportunity for a Full Stack Associate Network Security Engineer to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a key member of our IT Data Security Division, you'll play a vital role in designing and implementing security solutions to ensure the integrity and availability of our critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security solutions to protect Delta's applications, clients, partners, and vendors from cyber threats.
- Provide IT support for firewall equipment and software maintenance, including site executions, inventories, foundation planning, prevention maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm critical infrastructure.
- Support big business remote access clients to align our client-edge security technology with and client-focused expertise on workstations; the team can utilize advanced technology like Application ID and Client ID for granular client identification.
- IT support for equipment and software maintenance, including site executions, inventories, foundation planning, prevention maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm critical infrastructure.
- IT support for airport activities mobile availability arrangement, Netmotion, equipment, and software maintenance, which includes site executions, inventories, foundation planning, prevention maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Delta's business divisions through discussion services responsible for firewall policies and access control direction.
- Be available for potential emergencies and provide backup support for critical offices and infrastructure parts for Organization Security.
- Support the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of project data and applications.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations.
- Manage project planning for server farm and remote communication room norms capital improvements, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, procurement of best-in-class products and services, and guarantee that vendors meet their contractual obligations.

- System Administration Skills: Experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud.
- Investigating and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze and resolve issues related to the managed security system and its integration with other systems.
- Monitoring and Security Analysis: Capability in monitoring and analyzing security logs and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Client Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with end-users, understand their requirements, and provide adequate support.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Ability to collaborate with the cloud service provider (in this case, Outright) and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
