Key Responsibilities

We're on the lookout for a Data Conversion Specialist. As a Data Conversion Specialist, you will lead the execution of data migration strategies, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems. You’ll work closely with technical teams and clients to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Design and implement data conversion workflows.
  • Lead data extraction and transformation efforts from legacy systems.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate converted data.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during migration phases.
This role is a full-time remote position. Travel may be required for client onboarding and go-live support.

Skills, knowledge & expertise

  • Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data conversion or migration roles.
  • Expertise in ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Familiarity with insurance or financial services data structures.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
