Job Summary of Key Holder:
This job involves supervising and helping team members to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations and a superior guest experience. The role centers on mentoring, establishing priorities, and upholding brand and safety regulations during each session.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Key Holder:
• Execute all duties of restaurant team members as required.
• Support the management team in meeting operational goals and maintaining brand consistency.
• Make certain that the food and beverage preparation meets the quality and brand criteria.
• Ensuring team members are informed about the key priorities, goals, and results of the shift is essential.
• Guide and mentor team members throughout the work shift by offering constructive and punctual feedback.
• Help with the education and enhancement of recently onboarded team members.
• Monitor the implementation of safety, security, and profitability measures.
• Coordinate with incoming managers to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
• Maintain standards for food safety and monitor inventory consistently throughout the duration of the shift.
• Strive for exceptional guest service and ensure team members mirror this commitment.
• Arrange team members' timetables and administer the handling of cash following company protocols.
Qualifications and Experience of Key Holder:
• Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in English language, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Strong preference is given to candidates with prior leadership roles in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• Demonstration of strong teamwork abilities and the talent to energize individuals in a high-speed setting.
• An optimistic outlook, consistency, and a keenness to grow and be flexible.
• Showing a customer-centric approach coupled with effective troubleshooting capabilities.
