The Role
As a Customer Service Agent at ChocZero, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across social media, email, and our website. You'll work from home, 5 days a week, and be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Your goal will be to provide practical solutions to customer problems, while promoting our brand and products in an authentic and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media, email, and our website in a timely and accurate manner
- Promote ChocZero and its variety of unique chocolates, while maintaining the authentic voice of the brand
- Process customer requests, escalate inquiries and issues when required, and manage communications with potential customers
- Assist with managing reviews, responding personally to any review under 5 stars, and providing customer outreach as needed
- Provide practical solutions to customer problems, moving beyond macro responses and into personalized solutions
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills, grammar, and written English skills
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate strong written communication
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess problems, research solutions, and work with customers to completion
- Outstanding organization and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media platforms and emojis
- Enthusiasm about chocolate, and a willingness to learn technical details about sugar-free goodies
- Flexibility with schedule and hours, including holidays and weekends
- Experience with customer service software and technology
