As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for handling and responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service through active listening and proactive problem-solving.
  • Working with Confidential Customer Information: You will work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
  • Aiming to Resolve Issues on the First Call: You will aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and responsive.
  • Communicating Effectively with Customers: You will communicate effectively with customers and provide clear and concise information.

  • Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to think critically and solve problems in a logical and methodical way.
  • Availability to Work Various Shifts: You will need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Incoming Call Volume: You will need to be able to handle heavy incoming call volume and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You will need to be able to use Windows operating systems and have a basic understanding of computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to Type 25 WPM: You will need to be able to type 25 words per minute and have basic typing skills.
  • Over 18 Years of Age: You must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role.
  • High School Graduate or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • Predictable and Reliable Attendance: You will need to have predictable and reliable attendance and be able to commit to working a set schedule.

What We Prefer

While we don't require prior experience, we do prefer candidates with:
  • 6-12 Months Customer Service Experience: We prefer candidates with 6-12 months of customer service experience.
  • Consistent Work History: We prefer candidates with a consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability.
  • Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: We prefer candidates with proven oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Some Technical Background: We prefer candidates with some technical background and a basic understanding of computer software and hardware.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Personal Device: You will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11 or later.
  • Wired Ethernet LAN Connection: You will need to have a wired Ethernet LAN connection and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
  • Internet Connection: You will need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You will need to provide proof of internet speed to ensure that your connection meets our requirements.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: You will need to have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
