Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Contract Management will be responsible for facilitating 340B Program contracts, collaborating with internal teams, including Legal, Sales, Implementations, and Account Management. The role involves drafting and negotiating new and existing business contracts, utilizing contract management software, coordinating with subject matter experts, and moderating Legal calls to ensure successful contract execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract operations and negotiations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to autonomously drive results in conjunction with various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate new and existing business contracts for the 340B Program
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal, Sales, Implementations, and Account Management to ensure successful contract execution
- Utilize contract management software to manage and track contracts
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve client comments and ensure successful contract execution
- Moderate Legal calls to ensure successful contract execution
- Interact with various areas of the organization to issue agreements, resolve client comments, and seek successful execution
- Build relationships and strategically coordinate with multiple business units and levels of the organization to meet common goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a related health area or possess transferable skills
- Experience managing contract operations and negotiations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to autonomously drive results in conjunction with various business units
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
- Demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare/hospital environment and 340B Programs
- Experience working within Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with contract lifecycle management software
- Healthcare and/or Legal background
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Education and Pay Range
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience. The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
