Job Overview
The Supervisor of Small Store Merchandising and Delivery Operations is a key leadership role that requires a strong and diverse skillset to drive success. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Small Store Merchandisers to achieve company distribution objectives, with a focus on the Small Store Service Delivery Model. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new teammates, responding to customer issues, optimizing merchandising efficiencies, adhering to safety and compliance policies, and fostering a positive working environment. You will also be responsible for the skill development of assigned Small Store Merchandisers through leading and proper training techniques, including conducting regular Right Execution Daily (RED) rides.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on the hiring process to ensure the right fit for the role and achieve budgeted staffing needs
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of Small Store Merchandisers to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines, engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
- Ensure core internal audit guidelines and procedures are followed and met, including Kronos timekeeping management and mileage reimbursement submissions
- Monitor key business indicators and develop action plans based on opportunities to drive productivity gains
- Establish behaviors that ensure a safe working environment is provided and ensure that teammates are trained on safe working techniques in the trade
- Partner cross-functionally to manage and lead effective communication with sales and delivery teams to maximize the success of the Small Store Service Delivery Model
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership or management role
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform the duties of a Small Store Merchandiser
- Good planning techniques and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
- Prior leadership and management experience in a retail or merchandising environment
- Experience with Kronos timekeeping management and mileage reimbursement submissions

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits and perks, including those listed above.
