Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients utilizing our Rent Manager applications, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users over the phone and via email, responding to their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with technical issues related to our property management software, including printing problems, installation, and troubleshooting, and conduct remote sessions as needed.
- Accurately document and track the status of all issues within our ticketing software, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify areas for process improvement, driving customer satisfaction and enhancing our overall service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Prior experience with IT concepts, including Microsoft Office applications and basic networking principles.
- Established work ethic, with excellent attendance and personal accountability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to demonstrate active listening during calls.

- Terminal Service experience and familiarity with remote desktop protocols.
- 1-2 years of prior helpdesk and/or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with property management software and the real estate industry, although not essential, is highly desirable.
