Job Summary
As a University Compliance & Development Executive, you will play a critical role in delivering visa compliance, policy development, and procedural delivery for NCUK's University Placement and Conversion services. You will be responsible for providing training and development in university placement, student recruitment, and compliance, including face-to-face training sessions, online training, and creating documentation for training purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and development programs for university placement, student recruitment, and compliance, including face-to-face training sessions overseas and in the UK, online training, and creating documentation for training purposes.
- Manage the training programs for counsellors and study centers, ensuring that all stakeholders are up-to-date on the latest policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK student visa regulations and NCUK's quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the University Placement and Conversion teams, to ensure that all processes and procedures are aligned and effective.
- Work with external counsellors, agents, and other bodies connected to the student lifecycle to provide guidance and support on NCUK's programs and services.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in university placement, student recruitment, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, study centers, and other stakeholders to promote NCUK's programs and services.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Completed education to the level of high school completion or local equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a student-facing or internal role connected to applicants of the UK student route visa (or Tier 4).
- Experience in process improvement and change management, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with undergraduate and postgraduate students and students progressing from non-standard routes, such as Direct Entry or Foundation Programmes.
- Experience of working with external counsellors, agents or other bodies connected to the student lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in a related field, such as education, business, or law.
- Experience in a similar role within the education sector, preferably with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with UK student visa regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Experience with training and development programs, including design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
