Job Summary
As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Fiserv, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing operational servicing support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center role that requires strong communication skills, technical savvy, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a remote environment, using state-of-the-art equipment to connect with clients quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from financial institution partners, answering questions and driving issues to resolution to the client’s satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing operational servicing support and issue resolution.
- Identify in-house knowledge articles and technical documents to help assist clients and provide a WOW experience.
- Provide level 1 technical support to resolve issues before escalating.
- Work in a quiet and secure environment to manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction without disruption or distraction.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be a Nebraska resident.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of consistent experience working in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients.
- Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks.
- Experience working on multiple programs/platforms simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate in a concise, clear, and professional manner.
- Experience in a call center environment or remote (work from home) office experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with a financial institution (bank or credit union).
- Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.
