Job Summary

As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Fiserv, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing operational servicing support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center role that requires strong communication skills, technical savvy, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a remote environment, using state-of-the-art equipment to connect with clients quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from financial institution partners, answering questions and driving issues to resolution to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing operational servicing support and issue resolution.
  • Identify in-house knowledge articles and technical documents to help assist clients and provide a WOW experience.
  • Provide level 1 technical support to resolve issues before escalating.
  • Work in a quiet and secure environment to manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction without disruption or distraction.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a Nebraska resident.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of consistent experience working in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients.
  • Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks.
  • Experience working on multiple programs/platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate in a concise, clear, and professional manner.
  • Experience in a call center environment or remote (work from home) office experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with a financial institution (bank or credit union).
  • Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.
