About the Role
As a Remote Outbound Call Center Account Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales for our clients by making outbound calls using an assigned client database to secure qualified appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible part-time schedule that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize professional telephone etiquette and techniques to secure qualified appointments for our client sales team
- Learn and master new computer software programs to optimize your performance
- Meet daily goals set by the client and set personal goals to drive success
- Place outbound calls and uncover potential leads by performing a needs assessment to identify pains and concerns with the prospect
- Ensure your home workspace is equipped with the necessary technology, including a Windows 8 or higher computer/laptop, 2 monitors, high-speed internet, landline telephone, headset, and webcam
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- A typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Confidence and ability to work independently
- A coachable and competitive spirit
- Ability to set and reach personal goals
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following experience will be highly regarded:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of outbound calling experience
- 3+ years of collections experience
- 3+ years of call center experience

- A competitive hourly rate of $12.00 - $15.15 per hour
- Part-time hours - 20 hours/week, Monday to Thursday (8 am-4 pm)
