About the Role
As a Sales Analytics Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting. Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with analytics, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting.
- Create and distribute communications and promotional solutions for the Southwest Business Team and Customers.
- Provide customer support to the Southwest Business Team and Customers by responding to and managing inquiries utilizing CRM tools.
- Partner with various internal departments to develop technical solutions.
- Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Progress towards a degree, major, or minor in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or Aviation-related field.
- Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred.
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and during the internship.
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application.
Nice-to-Haves
The following qualifications are not required but are highly desirable:
- Work experience in an Aviation environment preferred.
- Previous work or internship experience in an analytics-related role preferred.
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or Salesforce preferred.
