**Experienced Sales Representative – Modular Building Solutions (Remote in IN, WI, or OH)**

**A Day in the Life**
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to identify, pursue, and close opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings across various industry segments. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams to deliver accurate estimates, execute projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region
* Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities
* Increase market share in established markets, as well as new markets
* Develop strong relationships with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation, and service
* Collaborate with other sales team members, operations, and the inventory center staff to provide solutions to customers
* Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project
* Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life
* Maintain accurate records in the division's database on customer quotes, specifications, and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements
* Develop relationships within various networking organizations or industry associations
* Achieve/exceed sales-related quotas and goals
**Must-Haves**
* Must be able to travel up to 50% in assigned territory, including some overnight travel
* Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email, and other written formats
* Confident, assertive, and quick-thinking
* Proficiency with various computer programs, including Word, Excel, Internet, and other customer databases
* Demonstrated inter-personal skills, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
* Effective negotiation skills
* Demonstrated experience working in a process-driven environment
* The ability to make decisions within established guidelines
* Demonstrated skills in project and time management
* BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent years of sales experience
* 3 or more years of experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results-driven
* Prior experience with heavy customer focus or team-based environment
* Prior experience in construction or other related industries is preferred
* Valid Driver's License

* Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools
* Knowledge of the modular building industry and its applications
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
