Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely pricing and delivery information, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Create and process customer quotations and orders in our ERP system (IFS), ensuring efficient and error-free order fulfillment.
  • Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the order process.
  • Expedite customer orders and handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure seamless customer interactions and order fulfillment, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficient computer experience, with a strong understanding of software applications and ERP systems (IFS experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international customers, understanding their unique needs and cultural differences.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly IFS, and experience with order management and fulfillment processes.
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
