Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
- Navigate multiple systems and resources to gather information, troubleshoot issues, and address customer needs in a professional and conversational manner.
- Utilize available tools and resources to ensure customer satisfaction, building strong relationships and trust with our valued customers.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting performance metrics and standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact on our customers' shopping experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
- Successful completion of our mandatory training program
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
