Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound or make outbound calls, greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm, and providing personalized support to address their needs.

  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering excellent and consistent customer service.

  • Strive for first-call resolution, taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, and resolving them efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in knowledge of policies and procedures related to client policies, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and changes.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately, leveraging technology to enhance your performance and customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be local to the Dallas/Richardson, TX area, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • A minimum high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundational level of education and commitment to your personal and professional development.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail), showcasing your ability to be empathetic, compassionate, and customer-focused.
  • A strong attendance record, with a commitment to meeting objectives and achieving results.
  • The ability to clear a criminal background check and drug screen, ensuring that you're eligible to work with our clients and their customers.
