Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address client issues and concerns.
- Program Support: Serve as a knowledgeable authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities and own the end-to-end resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal teams to request and interpret data streams, communicate business results and trends, and identify process improvement solutions.
- Client Education and Support: Educate clients on reporting changes, guide them through the changes, and analyze client needs to develop more effective reporting.
- Review and Audit Support: Provide essential support during 340B reviews by clarifying data transfer through various systems and participating in the client's review cycle.
- Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and communicate with clients to answer questions or inform them of review results and planned changes.
- Internal Collaboration: Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information and drive program efficiency.
- Program Development: Continuously work on improving the overall efficiency and attractiveness of the 340B program and stay updated on the healthcare and pharmacy services industry to identify opportunities for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with two (2) years of client or account relationship experience.
- Problem-Solving: Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderately complex business issues and recommending solutions.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and determine when issues need to be escalated.
- Communication Skills: Experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing to various audiences.
- Customer Service: Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Presentation Skills: Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Fundamental level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma with 2 years of client or account relationship experience.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in a client or account management environment, preferably in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM.
