We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion of our MDM platform.

About Profisee and Our MDM Platform

Profisee's MDM platform is designed to help organizations unlock the full potential of their data, driving business decisions, opportunities, and innovation. Our platform is built on the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with our customers, value-added resellers (VARs), and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and VARs to ensure customers achieve tangible business value from our MDM platform, driving increased revenue, decreased cost, or decreased risk.
  • Retention & Renewals: Exceed 95% gross retention of annual recurring revenue through proactive customer engagement, issue mitigation, and strategic planning.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster enthusiastic customers by delivering value realization, becoming a trusted advisor, and enabling key stakeholders to become "Data Heroes" within their organizations.
  • Expansion: Identify opportunities for platform expansion or conversion to SaaS, leveraging industry knowledge, customer results, and case studies to drive growth.

Performance Objectives and Goals

In your first 30 days, you'll:

  • Familiarize yourself with Profisee's solutions, value proposition, and customer segmentation model.
  • Understand your assigned accounts, including their current motion, implementation/adoption status, and segment.
  • Develop a prioritized existing account engagement plan based on customer segment.

In 90 days, you'll:

  • Activate your account engagement plan, engaging with 100% of strategic accounts, 90% of develop accounts, and 50% of sustain accounts.
  • Establish a cadence with existing customers, understand their current utilization of Profisee, and document key stakeholders and customer initiatives.
  • Begin managing adoption for net-new accounts, ensuring implementation and go-live objectives are met.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of Customer Success experience in Enterprise Software, ideally SaaS in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer success, managing high-touch accounts, and driving adoption of complex software solutions.
  • Strong execution skills, with the ability to prioritize work, ensure flawless follow-through, and escalate for assistance when needed.
  • Basic understanding of business functions and core IT systems, with experience working with customers across different industries.
  • Motivated, accountable, and results-driven, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Kind, humble, and fun, with a passion for working with peers and colleagues to drive customer success.
