Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination on listings and support tickets
  • Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only)
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates
  • Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and support tickets

Essential Qualifications

  • Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (2 weekends a month, 3-4 days a week, 24-30 hours)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with modern business tools (training provided)
