Job Summary

As a work-from-home Customer Support Analyst, you will be part of a call center team supporting 4 markets and 16 offices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling patient surgeries and answering phones.
  • Explaining the company's services and fees to patients.
  • Answering questions and taking down insurance information.
  • Scheduling and running financing applications.
  • Coordinating with local surgery managers.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and other communication channels.
  • Schedule patient surgeries and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling processes.
  • Explain the company's services, fees, and policies to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Take down insurance information and process financing applications.
  • Collaborate with local surgery managers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing ideas and best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and translation).
  • Reside in Utah.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
  • Prior experience in sales, upselling, and customer support (at least 3 months).
  • Reliable internet connection with 50-100 Mbps download speed and at least 10 Mbps upload speed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
