Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an outbound-focused customer service representative, you'll be responsible for conducting calls to a lead list, engaging potential clients, and providing information about our services and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Engage potential clients and provide information about our services and initiatives through outbound calls to a lead list provided by the company.
- Build Rapport and Relationships: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services.
- Follow-up on Inbound Inquiries: Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document Interactions: Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- CRM Software and Microsoft Office: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
