Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
  • Computer and Typing Skills: Basic computer skills and typing accuracy of 40-50 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Claims Experience: Previous experience in claims processing or a related field.
